We're moved into our new apartment but it feels like a long way from being moved out of our old one. I seriously hate this. Not looking forward to doing this again when we find a house! Ugh!

I do have a homestead prospect though. It's 10 acres, 2 hours south of town. Blank slate as it were. Mostly wooded and steep hilled I'm told. Gonna go visit it when I get the chance. ... if I ever get the chance! It's a good deal and I'll have years to build what I want how I want on it. I've half a mind to agree to a purchase before seeing it!

I've been having some crazy fun at work!

FINALLY got into the garden today. Some major weed pulling. Those buggers were as high as my shins. I have some mystery plants growing back all on their own. Not as quick as the weeds but just as random.

After pulling I laid down some cardboard, put some dirt on top then planted. 

This whole moving and house hunting thong is getting old .... quick. We now have less than a month to finish packing and find a house. It's not looking good.
